Structure: Historic civil dwelling building under renovation, located in the Municipality of Verona, Via Cappello consisting of five above-ground floors and one basement with load-bearing structure in reinforced concrete pillars of different sizes and floors to be made of girders and corrugated metal sheets.
Foundations: reinforced concrete plinths of various sizes: plinth 1 4.20×1.70 plinth 2 2.90×2.20 plinth 3 2.65×2.00 plinth 4 1.80×2.35, plinth 5 2.35×2.20.
