Consolidation of industrial flooring

Type of building: Industrial shed.
Problem identified: Differential floor subsidence with consequent problems of logistical nature that burden the regular execution of work activities.
Technologies used: injections of high-density KERASTABLE® type HDR® resins (Expanding Polymers) and subsequent installation LIFT PILE®, MP60 steel micropiles (Product CE marked according to European standard EN1090-1:2009) pre-tensioned (European Patent nr.2918731B1) with special “jackets” for driving on the new foundation.
