Structure: Private building for residential use located in Traversetolo (PR), Via Case Rotte, consisting of one above-ground and one basement floor with concrete masonry and concrete floor slab.
Foundations: concrete inverted beam 35 cm thick and about 1 m deep. From ground level, having an overhang from the vertical of about 20 cm.
Disturbance: the property shows general subsidence over almost the entire structure and particularly pronounced in one corner, where there is a need to perform a maximum 1-2 cm lift, as highlighted in the attached floor plan.

Il Progetto

Intervention: 57 linear meters of foundation to be consolidated with laying of 33 LIFT PILE® (pressure micropiles with preloading device) and 10 linear meters of foundation to be consolidated with laying of 06 lift pile® pressure micropiles equipped with adjustable preloading device for maximum lifting of about 1-2 cm and subsequent filling of the created void by injecting KERASTABLE® expanding polymers
Depth reached with micropiles: 13 to 20 meters deep from the foundation laying surface
Micropile driving pressure: 220 to 230 bar corresponding to 22 and 23 tons
Amount of resin used: 690 kilograms of product injected under the foundation
Lift obtained from the surgery performed: 1.8 centimeters
Intervention duration: 7 days
