Structure: private building for residential use located in Lazise (VR), consisting of 4 above-ground floors with solid brick masonry and concrete beams and late concrete floors. Foundations: concrete inverted beam 80 cm thick placed at a depth of 90 cm from the ground floor overhanging about 15 cm.
Collapse: no subsidence is present. Consolidation of the building is requested in view of the upcoming renovation.
Soil: geological report shows sandy loam soils to high depths.

Il Progetto

Intervention: consolidation by infixing 63 MP60 steel micropiles (Product CE marked according to the European standard EN1090-1:2009) and 9 Lift Pile® consolidation – MP60 steel micropiles (Product CE marked according to the European standard EN1090-1:2009) pre-tensioned (European patent no. 2918731) with special jackets for infixing on the new foundation to be built.
Depth reached by micropiles relative to the foundation laying surface: 24 to 27 meters.
Driving pressure: 220 and 230 bar corresponding to 22 and 23 tons per driven micropile.
Duration of consolidation intervention: 11 working days.
Number of operators employed for processing: 3 skilled operators.
