Foundations: continuous reinforced concrete foundation 0.90 mt deep from the floor level.
Collapse: the building has widespread lesions in all masonry.
Soil: clays, from geological report the compact soil is located at -16 mt from the floor level.
Request for intervention: consolidation intervention with Sismabonus 110% and invoice discount.

Il Progetto

Intervention: consolidation of foundations by laying 38 MP60 steel micropiles (CE-marked product – EN 1090-1:2009)
Depth reached by the micropiles in relation to the foundation laying surface: from 15 to 17 meters.
Driving pressure: 230 bar corresponding to 23 tons per driven micropile.
Duration of consolidation intervention: 6 working days.
Number of operators used for the work: 3 specialized operators.
