Building renovation – 110% seismbonus with invoice discount

Structure: private building located in Montecalderaro (BO) consisting of no.2 above-ground floors and a basement floor with late concrete floors. Foundations: perimeter and basement level depth of 1.1 m, in the remaining portions required construction of a new reinforced concrete foundation.
Disturbance: the lesion network (single- and multiple-branch inclined, sub-horizontal and sub-vertical) produced by shear and bending stresses corresponding to asymmetrical deformations, shows shear-flexure type rupture with phase of detachment motion, with relative type of motion and classifies the failure as relative terminal differential vertical translation of the west, southwest zone with respect to the main building body.
Soil: Clay soils are subject to volumetric shrinkage and contraction due to drying of surface lithotypes and subsequent swelling as a result of seasonal climatic and rainfall patterns.
Request for action: building renovation with 110% Sismabonus and invoice discount.

Il Progetto

Intervention: installation of 54 MP60 steel micropiles (CE-marked product – EN 1090-1:2009) and number 17 Lift Pile® consolidation – MP60 steel micropiles with special jackets on new foundation to be built.
Depth reached by the micropiles with respect to the foundation laying surface: from 5 to 7 meters.
Driving pressure: 220 bar corresponding to 22 tons per driven micropile.
Duration of consolidation work: 10 working days.
Number of operators used for the work: 3 specialized operators.
