Consolidation of foundations with active micropiles by mechanical and patented preloading of the micropile itself

Problem identified: Differential subsidence of the building resulting in masonry cracks.
Technologies used: LIFT PILE®, MP60 steel micropiles (Product CE marked according to European Standard EN1090-1:2009) pre-tensioned (European Patent nr.2918731B1) with special “jackets” for driving on the existing foundation.
