Foundation consolidation using Novatek micropiles and materials that are unresponsive to the chemical conditions of subsurface water

Problem identified: Differential subsidence of the building due to corrosion of existing foundation piles, due to the presence of brackish water and sulfates that led to the corrosion of the reinforced concrete works
Technologies used: injections of high-density KERASTABLE® type HDR® resins (Expanding Polymers) and subsequent installation of MP60 steel micropiles (Product CE marked according to the European standard EN1090-1:2009).
