Consolidation of foundations and raising of the building to recover flatness.

Identified problem: Differential subsidence of foundations with lowering of the structure up to 11 cm.
Technologies used: LIFT PILE®, MP60 steel micropiles (Product CE marked according to the European standard EN1090-1:2009) pre-tensioned (European Patent nr.2918731B1) by obtaining a lifting of the structure and subsequent filling of the voids created by the lifting with injections of high-density KERASTABLE® type HDR® resins (Expanding Polymers).
