Zero Emissions with Novatek

The intervention took place at a house located in Bosco Chiesanuova, in a mountainous area about 800 meters above sea level. This building, renovated in the 1990s, was in need of a complete renovation that included seismic and energy improvements.

Project Description.
Proposed Solution: The renovation included consolidation of the building by installing Energy Lift Piles, which provide both structural consolidation and an energy input. 450 linear meters of Energy Lift Pile were installed under the load-bearing walls of the building. At the plant level, the geothermal heat pump was connected with the Energy Lift Piles and integrated with a hybrid solar photovoltaic system, which combines solar thermal and photovoltaics. The power installed on the roof is about 17 kW, with energy storage consisting of graphene batteries with a capacity of about 55 kW. Charging stations for electric cars have also been installed.

Conclusions
The intervention at the home in Bosco Chiesanuova resulted in a significant improvement both structurally and energetically. The combination of advanced technologies optimized energy efficiency and reduced CO2 emissions, making the building completely sustainable and zero-emission. In addition, the integration of electric vehicle charging stations has contributed to a further step toward sustainability.
