Technological Solutions

Stack Energy Lift Solution

Energy Lift Pile uses the same technology as Lift Pile® micropile, but in addition to support, it also provides energy to buildings.

Novatek Energy Efficiency System:

PHASE 1: HEAT ABSORPTION

Thermal and photovoltaic panels on the roof capture solar energy that is used to heat and generate electricity.

PHASE 2: ENERGY STORAGE AND MANAGEMENT

The system includes advanced batteries to efficiently store energy. This stored energy is used for various needs, such as heating water up to 80°C and providing domestic hot water.

PHASE 3: GEOTHERMAL EXCHANGE

Novatek geothermal probes are installed underground to harness geothermal energy. In combination with a heat pump, they transfer heat to or from the ground, depending on whether the building needs to be heated or cooled.

PHASE 4: OPERATION OF THE INTEGRATED SYSTEM

The entire system operates cohesively, with heat pumps and probes working together to regulate the temperature inside the building, using heat exchangers and stored energy to ensure consistent, environmentally friendly temperature control throughout the year.
